Return Policies

FH Provisions, llc prides ourselves in offering high quality barbecue products. We understand from time to time items need to returned and we would like to make sure our clients have the best experience possible.  It is our goal to return all products that are properly returned for a full refund or credit.  Below you will find our General Return Policy:

An item can be returned if it has not been used and it is within 30 days of the receipt of the original order. If you would like to return a product, the item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Open items are not eligible for a refund.

 

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT(S) FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE:

• Send an email to fhprovisions@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.  In the body of the email please list what you would like to return and a brief description of why you would like to return your item.

• We will determine if your return will be accepted and notify you via email. 

• All "Sale" items are final and not eligible for return.

• We will only return items at the original sales price. 

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged. 

• When receiving a delivery from FH Provisions, LLC it is highly recommended that you inspect the package at the time of delivery by removing the product from the packaging and examining the contents for any physical damage.
